MODIFY EXISTING RESERVATION
All requests to modify an existing reservation MUST be submitted via email to [email protected]. Phone calls, Texts or Voicemails requesting a modification will not be considered proper notification.
CANCELLATIONS
All requests to cancel an existing reservation MUST be submitted via email to [email protected]. Phone calls, Texts or Voicemails requesting a modification will not be considered proper notification. Cancellations for SEDAN, BUSINESS, SUV, VAN´s must be made 48 hours before the ride hour schedule For transfer one-way bookings, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 48 hours left before the agreed pick up time. If there is twenty-four hours less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid. For hourly bookings, cancellation is free of charge if there are more than forty-eight hours left before the agreed pickup time. If there are twenty-four hours or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid. Exceptions to the "Cancellation Time Table", may only be approved only be the Blackcar Offers Limo Services Owner and must be in writing, in order to be honored. Your credit card is only charged after you submit the Ground Transportation Format. PayPal Payment is allow.
"WAIT TIME" / "GRACE TIME" FOR AIRPORT ARRIVALS AND NON AIRPORT
Airport Arrivals (Domestic) are provided with 30 Mins (Free Waiting Time).Airport Arrivals (International) are provided with 60 Mins (Free Waiting Time)Airport Arrivals Curbside PickUp (Domestic & International) are provided with 10 Mins (Free Waiting Time)NON - AIRPORT Pickup are provided with 10 Mins (Free Waiting Time)After the Free Waiting Time, there will be a charge of $1USD/Minute.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS WITH MULTIPLE ARRIVING FLIGHTS
If there are multiple incoming flights for your ride, we require each flight information along with Passenger Contact Information.
SUGGESTED PICK-UP TIME FOR AIRPORT DEPARTURES FROM MEXICO CITY
We recommend to be at Mexico International Airport 3 hours before your International or 2 hours for Domestic Flights.We will not be held liable if you miss your flight due to you requesting a pick-up time outside of our recommendation.
CAR SEATS
Car seats are available when requested in advance. For Liability/Insurance Reasons, you must install any Car Seats in the vehicle.
NO SHOWS
In the event that the Chauffeur arrives on-site and the Passenger does not show, the Full Rate Trip (plus a Gratuity of 20%) will be charged to the credit card on file.Our Driver will wait no less than 15 minutes and will make repeated attempts to contact the Passenger, in the event they cannot be located.
DEPOSIT
Deposits may be required at the sole discretion of Mexico City Airport Transfers. In the event that your reservation requires a deposit or a full payment in advance, it is non-refundable.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
DAMAGE
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the Passenger will be charged to the credit card on file.In the event that "damage" causes us to cancel a future ride, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the lost revenue.
VOUCHER CODE
Call Customer Service Team and they will be able to add your voucher. Please note, you will not able to add a voucher to a ride that has already taken place and been paid for.
